We write the commercial terms (who invoices what, the fees) together with you in the pilot. We do not promise any discount or commission that has not been decided.
Client and data principles
- Your client chooses to work with you. You get permission to act for your client only with their approval.
- For work you bring in the pilot, ACR does not go around you to make your client an offer. This protection is limited to the product, the job and a period of time; we write the rule together in the pilot.
- You access your client's data only as much as the job needs. Access is time-limited and can be revoked.
- Every party that processes client data signs a data processing agreement that complies with KVKK (Turkish data protection law).

- Being a partner does not give the right to speak for ACR or to use an "ACR approved" title.
