What does it do?
At a milk collection centre the producer brings the milk and the clerk records the amount in the app. The producer sees the deliveries in the same app. The monthly statement is calculated from the milk price.
Why are the records reliable?
A record can be cancelled only within the first 15 minutes. A cancelled record is not deleted; it stays in the ledger. Later mistakes are fixed with a correction record.
Who uses it?
Producers, centre clerks and cooperative managers sign in to the same app with their own accounts.
The first module is the milk collection centre. Other village work will follow.
